Working from Nature in Watercolour
with Rosie Villiers-Stuart
Dates for 2008:
- Tuesday 24th June 10 - 4, £40 incl. lunch
Translating a passionate response to what you see into an ordered painting without feeling overwhelmed.
Please bring your usual watercolour kit , plus a few extra sheets of watercolour paper of various types - backs of discarded paintings are fine. The emphasis in Rosie's courses is always on process and experimentation, rather than producing finished pictures so we sometimes use quite a bit of paper. If you can bear to, bring a few finished paintings and well filled sketchbooks (!) - it's always useful to look at what you are doing on the course in the context of your usual work.
If possible, we'll work outside, so you may like to bring a folding stool.
