Art Nouveau Cross-stitch
with Barbara Thompson

Cross-stitch is full of inventive possibilities and applications. Barbara has been running workshops and converting needlewomen to this surprisingly diverse art for many years. Have a look at the flowing curved lines of the Art Nouveau movement from its heyday a hundred years ago and stitch a small design of a tiffany lamp. Barbara will provide all the materials necessary for each workshop, but anyone who wishes to bring along their own selection of threads or fabrics is most welcome to do so.
Please bring a small pair of scissors and a pencil with a rubber on the end.
