Daily Bread
with Mike Winstanley

Dates for 2009:

Enjoy the simple pleasure of making healthy, real and tasty bread, using a sourdough technique and organic flour grown and milled in Northumberland. Mike bakes bread at The Garden Station, and really doesn’t want to keep the recipe to himself! All cooking courses will be in small groups: please book early!

You will need an apron, a cloth bag (or fresh tea-towel and carrier bag) to take your bread home in, and a medium-sized (1litre) bowl or food container to take home your 'leaven' for your next batch.
 

Baking courses can also be arranged especially for your group of four or five people.
