Rustic Breads

Celebrate World Food Day by 'getting the dough drunk' and other rustic bread techniques! Enjoy what you knead, with Mike of The Garden Station. Mike is a passionate cook who wants to spread the word of good bread. All cooking courses will be in small groups: please book early!
You will need an apron, a cloth bag (or fresh tea-towel and carrier bag) to take your bread home in, and a medium-sized (1litre) bowl or food container to take home your 'leaven' for your next batch.
