Gluten-free cooking can appear a bit of a challenge, but there are lots of straightforward things you can do if you choose to or need to have a gluten-free diet. A practical day in the kitchen, with recipe ideas including starters, main dishes, desserts, bread and cakes, using natural ingredients. Lunch will, of course, be gluten-free.
