Hedgerow Drinks and Tonic Wines

This day reclaims and celebrates some old traditions of making delicious health-giving drinks using wild and garden plants. From cordials and syrups to tonic wines and herbal liquors. The course will include talks, tastings, demonstrations and practical activities.

Participants are invited to gather seasonal hips, haws and berries and bring them along to the day.
There will be a small charge (£3-£5) to cover cost of materials used on the day.
