As we pick up our forks and grow our own food again, Marie offers an interesting and well-informed perspective on heritage vegetables, where our older vegetables originate, what lore was attached to them, and how they were used in the past. Please bring weatherproof clothes and footwear.
At the end of course, following an introduction to the techniques of seed-saving, you will have an opportunity to buy organic seeds for your own patch and to swap saved seeds if you have any.
