Improvisation is used in many types of music from Folk styles to Carnatic, Rock, Blues, even Northumbrian Reggae! It's exciting and opens up infinite musical possibilities.  Learn to improvise melody and harmony lines on any melodic instrument or voice.  Hear the "inner melodies" of chord sequences, use rhythm, altered scales and create variations on a theme.

A practical workshop suitable for intermediate musicians who are new to improvising.
Please bring your instrument.
