a historic location
This Victorian Railway station - built in the 1860s on the Hexham/Allendale Line which closed down in 1950 - has retained its atmosphere and echoes of its past as Langley Station and flourishes in its new found life as The Garden Station. Jane Torday, former owner and now our garden consultant, is happy to give pre-booked guided tours to small groups throughout the summer on week days.
